I build the operating systems commercial teams run on — pricing architecture, trade spend governance, forecasting methodology, and the tools that make all of it usable by people who aren't analysts. Fifteen years in CPG across field sales, finance, and RGM at L'Oréal, Coca-Cola, and in post-restructuring commercial rebuilds.
The work I find most interesting sits at the intersection of data and commercial reality: models that non-technical teams can pick up without training, frameworks that compress weeks of analysis into two clicks, and the kind of math that holds up in a buyer meeting.
